Timeline for success

2 July 2025

Strategy cutoff

We work on a 1 year to go timeline, starting with initial creative ideation, defining audiences and confirming budgets. Our motto is, we can do anything with adequate time.

Design cutoff

After this date all final designs are submitted for approvals, internally with your stakeholders, as well as the event organisers. We then source the right suppliers for the designs and make any necessary adjustments.

Production cutoff

At this point we request that final production volumes are committed to. The orders are placed with the chosen suppliers and payment is finalised.

Delivery cutoff

All items are delivered into Switzerland to ensure customs clearance before multi-venue fulfilment. Goods are QC'd, inventoried and stored securely pre-event.

Fulfilment cutoff

By this date you'll have your product in hand, ready to distrubute to staff, guests and key stakeholders. We deliver goods picked and packed to name and size, making distribution a breeze.

Opening ceremony

Your teams are in kit, your guests are seated and ready to watch the excitement unfold. Your brand is featured on a global stage.

Returns cutoff

By this time we’ll expect any returns back into our warehouse. We’ll then work with suppliers and recyclers to dispose of the materials in the best possible way.

Key insights

Our founders’ view on making the most from the upcoming Games

Design

Weather

Switzerland has a diverse range of climates. With altitude affecting an otherwise largely heat-locked country deep in central Europe. We'll design with wide temperature and conditions variances in mind.

Brand

The requirement for white shorts was lifted by various federations in 2023, and the trend towards diversity and inclusion is expected to continue. We anticipate gender neutral kits and more choice for staff uniforms.

Trends

Spring/Summer 2025 has shown a greater role for classicality amongst designers. We expect that will reflect in the looks for these Euros.

Production

Sustainability

UEFA is embedding ESG practices into their infrastructure. So suppliers should be aware of new guidelines coming from UEFA. Our merchandise will be assessed for emissions and enivronmental impact per item — from conception to end-of-life stage.

Suppliers

EU suppliers can ship into Switzerland with the correct customs guidance. There will be pressure to use local suppliers in line with sustainability objectives.

Materials

Environmentally friendly materials (cotton, bamboo and linen) as well as recycled materials will be a focus.

Logistics

The host country

Switzerland is a relatively small country within Europe, it has an area of 41,277 sq km, and it is known for its efficient road network. We will plan scheduled deliveries carefully, considering infrastructure and distance to each host city.

Emissions

Delivery CO2 emissions can be tracked and offset. We will offer this service to all our clients.

Transport

Switzerland has a robust network of logistic and transport providers, we will utilise long standing supplier relationships to allow us to partner with experts on the ground.
